2. Our Products

Urban Edition offers limited-edition fine art prints, original artworks and authenticated collectibles.

​

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, edition sizes, materials, framing and other details shown on the website are accurate. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur between the website image and the finished product.

Where products are signed, edition sizes and signing details will be stated on the relevant product page.

3. Authenticity

​

Ensuring the authenticity and provenance of all signed and collectible products we offer is of paramount importance to Urban Edition.

​

Where possible, a member of the Urban Edition team is present in person during signing sessions to oversee the signing process and document the session. We may also retain photographic or other signing documentation as part of our authentication records.

​

Signed products are supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity where stated on the relevant product page. Edition numbers and other product-specific authentication details will be provided as described with each product.

​

Where an item is sourced from a third party or external collection, we take reasonable steps to verify its provenance and authenticity before offering it for sale.

4. Prices

​

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

​

Delivery charges are shown separately before you complete your order.

​

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

5. Placing an Order

​

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the price shown.

​

Before completing your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any errors.

​

We will confirm receipt of your order by email. Your order is accepted when we confirm that the product has been dispatched, unless we notify you otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there has been a pricing or product information error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

6. Payment

​

Payment is taken when your order is placed through the payment methods made available on our website.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Delivery

​

We currently deliver to: The United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and Europe

​

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or on the relevant product page. If subsequent changes to delivery fees occur, we will contact you ahead of delivery to confirm that you wish to proceed with your purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of your order.

​

For international orders, you may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

8. Returns and Cancellation

​

If you purchase a product online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

​

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Where a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.

Where a valid cancellation is made, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We will refund the cost of standard delivery originally paid, but not any additional cost for an upgraded delivery service.

We may make a reasonable deduction from a refund where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them and their value has been reduced as a result.

​

We can only accept returns where the Certificate of Authenticity, signing documentation and all other accompanying materials are returned alongside the artwork.

​

Where possible, please use the original packaging to protect your piece during transit, unless the packaging was damaged on delivery.

Where we produce a product specifically to your individual requirements or personalise a product at your request, the statutory cancellation right may not apply. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated before you place your order.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

​

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@urbanedition.co.uk, providing your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

10. Care of Artwork

​

Artwork should be handled and stored with reasonable care and protected from excessive sunlight, heat, moisture and other conditions that could cause damage.

​

We cannot be responsible for damage caused by inappropriate handling, storage, framing or care. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

11. Intellectual Property

​

All content on the Urban Edition website, including artwork, images, text, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to Urban Edition and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our permission.

Purchasing an artwork does not give you ownership of the copyright or intellectual property rights in the artwork unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. Website Use

We aim to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and available at all times, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

​

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where necessary.

13. Liability

​

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to this, we will only be responsible for losses that are reasonably foreseeable and arise from our breach of these Terms or our legal obligations.
